Hi... please help me by explaining the steps shown in arrows from the attached file derived from the previous one.

Vp2H1/Vp1 {( Vp2)2-(Vp1)2}1/2  +( Xn /Vp2) -2H1 Vp1/Vp2{( Vp2)2-(Vp1)2} 1/2 +H1 Vp2/Vp1{( Vp2)2-(Vp1)2}1/2 

Add both the Green part as both are same

2Vp2H1/Vp1 {( Vp2)2-(Vp1)2}1/2 +( Xn /Vp2) -2H1 Vp1/Vp2{( Vp2)2-(Vp1)2}1/2

( Xn /Vp2)+ 2Vp2H1/Vp1 {( Vp2)2-(Vp1)2}  -2H1 Vp1/Vp2{( Vp2)2-(Vp1)2} 

 Take common form Green and Violet part

( Xn /Vp2)+ 2H1/ {( Vp2)2-(Vp1)2}1/2   { (Vp2/ Vp1 )- (Vp1/ Vp2) }        ------------ Blue is the common part

( Xn /Vp2)+ 2H1/ {( Vp2)2-(Vp1)2}1/2   { (Vp2)2  -( Vp1)2 / Vp1 * Vp2 }

Taking {( Vp2)2-(Vp1)2}1/2   from denominator to numerator

( Xn /Vp2)+ 2H1* {( Vp2)2-(Vp1)2}-1/2   { (Vp2)2  -( Vp1)2 / Vp1 * Vp2 }

( Xn /Vp2)+ 2H1 [ {( Vp2)2-(Vp1)2}-1/2   * (Vp2)2  -( Vp1)2]/ Vp1 * Vp2 ]
